Dr Paula Watkins
Dr. Paula Watkins is a clinical psychologist, meditation coach, and also holds a PhD in Public Health and Community Medicine. A long-time practitioner of yoga and meditation, she is also a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Dr. Watkins has immersed herself in the fields of psychology, neuroscience and contemplative traditions and translates research and wisdom from these traditions into effective strategies for improving wellbeing. She is a consultant coach and psychologist at The Happiness Institute, offers meditation workshops and is about to release the first online course teaching the art and science of meditation.
