Thank you for the great information. Berries were mentioned as high in pesticides, but I was wondering about cranberries which are in season now in the US. I like to buy the whole cranberry so I can make my own juice, but organic is not as easy to find. Are conventional cranberries low in pesticides?
Enjoyed this class VERY much. I would like to know if there is a transcript available. So many ideas and how-to’s that I can’t remember them all.
Thanks for making so much information available.
BTW Just to let you know– I learned about the Gabriel Method and website via the Diabetes Summit hosted by Dr. Mowll.
Hi DeAnn,
So glad that you enjoyed this class. Unfortunately there isn’t a transcript at the moment. However, here is a link to Nadia’s website, a lot of her advice and some other wonderful suggestions are there.

Hi,
I just joined the support group so I could see the Eating Healthy on a Budget webinar recording but it’s not here.
It’s been more than 24 hours. When will it be available…?
Jon
Hi Jon,
The recording is there now, it should start as soon as you open this page, if it doesn’t please contact our team at help@thegabrielmethod.com and they will be able to assist.
Kind regards

I love livers, but I am very careful to buy chemical free or organic as the liver is the organ that does detoxifying work, and so I’d rather it was as clean as possible.
I sometimes wonder about imported tropical fruit and wonder if sprays are used or not as chemical regulation is not so good in asia, but I know mangoes grow really well without any sprays, so does that apply to all tropical fruit? Pineapple somehow tastes better organic, even if conventional is not a problem. All the other suggested money saving conventional fruit and veg taste okay!
Hi Susan,
It won’t necessarily apply to all tropical fruit. So try to buy organic if possible. If not, soak the fruits in a sink full of water with a couple of tablespoons of vinegar for about 10 minutes or so, and then let them dry out on a tea-towel. I actually do this with all of my fruits and vegetables!
I love liver as well, and it is so full of iron, so its particularly good for women to have.
