    Have you found a supplement product that is not the Trans form?

      Hi: I just spoke with Jon on the Ask Jon call. I researched before the call and couldn’t find any CLA that just said CIA only.
      Jon told me the below is okay. In the past, they only said Trans.

      There are a lot of brands that say the ingredients of CIA and Trans. Many don’t say such as Tonalin which is a Trademark product.

      However many say this:

      Conjugated Linoleic Acid 80% Oil 1000 mg *
      Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) 800 mg *
      Cis-9, Trans-11 Isomer 400 mg *
      Trans-10, Cis-12 Isomer 400 mg

      Jon says this is okay.
