Hi Jon, I am having problems with bloating. I have tried all sorts of things to see which one works best for me. About 5 years ago I was diagnosed with H-Pylori by my Ob-Gyn and was placed on a antibiotics regime for 14days, during that time I still wasn’t feeling any better so I went to a Gastroenterologist who advise me that I have IBS so I was placed on probiotics. Two years ago, I had an endoscopy done by another Gastroenterologist who advise that the only thing she can say is that I have a severe case of gastritis. Today, I am still having this on and off sickness in my stomach. I did the detox last year with you, but when I first started, I had a severe pain for a couple of days but it eased off. As long as I was on the detox I was fine. After the detox was finished I started to have problems with my stomach again. Can you advise me as to what food is best for me to eat? I noticed when I have anything with fibre it triggers the bad feelings. I am 47 years old.

Our Nutrition Specialist Nadia would suggest bone broth, veggie broth, probiotics, cultured/fermented foods, green smoothies, green juices, golden milk (turmeric golden milk) just to name a few. Carrot Juice, cabbage juice and aloe vera juice are very healing to the GI tract as well. Hope this helps! -Monica, GM Team
