Jon recommends that if you are going to consume animal milk and yoghurt that raw is the way to go.

Hi Jon I am yet to try your method properly because I am so fed up with allergies: to soy, seafood, and wheat, they suspect chicken too. I itch forever, sniffle and sneeze, get edema in the feet and abdomen. Add to that flatulence with most foods which the digestive enzymes are helping. It’s hard to find food so i get frustrated and I eat what I shouldn’t and suffer the consequences.
Hi Jon I will try and call tomorrow morning I think I will have to check the time the clock gives here it says 10am Perth is about 1050.? I am sure the is a much bigger difference in the time my husband thinks 2 hrs but I had friends there a few years ago and it was 4 hrs when I tried calling her. It probably depends on on the clocks going back & forth here with the Summer & Winter time
My Question you mention filtered water. We have a filtered fitted to our tap. At last I can drink water that I almost like. Sorry to say Jon I normally hate water. I force myself to drink it. I have added everything people suggest but still do not really like it. Do I really l have to give my coffee & green tea up?
I have multiple illnesses and I get a lift from these. I take so many medications because I suffer from chronic pain & acute pain at times. many times. These do help lesson the pain meds. I live on opiods. I would go mad with pain without them, I have cut them down drastically. To give you my medications I would have to post a list to you. My illnesses are very much the same.
I eat so little I have been told I do not eat enough. I am obese in size and weight moves down very slowly. I am also on Prednisone and cannot do without it now as my Adrenol Gland is very damaged.
I will stop I have probably written too much anyway

Jon: Please clarify flax seeds. I bought some that were pre-ground, organic in a plastic jar, and have been happily adding them to my food. I find out from my new GM friends, that that is wrong, they have to be ground just before using?

That is correct. The omega 3 in flax seeds gets corrupted soon after grinding so they are best ground fresh. Jon has changed his preference to chia seeds for this reason. They are almost as high in omega 3 but they don’t need to be ground. I suggest you finish what you have then switch over to chia.
