Thank yo so much Heather, this emotional eating is so heavy on me – plus the strong food cravings at night / after 8pm. I’m still having “good” and “bad” days, even if I know that every day should be a good day. At least my day is “good” until around 8pm and then – boom, I can eat the same amount of food between 8-11pm as I had for the whole day – even more 🙁
