My topic suggestion is insulin resistance. How does it happen, what to do to reverse it both from a nutrition point of view and another workout. You did mention that this workout is good for insulin resistance. Please be sure and talk about sugar. Should you cut it out completely to try and reverse IR? Thanks so much. – Johanne
