I’m new to the Gabriel Method so I .have been reading and watching some of the previous posts. My question is about the Tabata workout. I tried it today but I’m so out of shape I only made it through two cycles on a stationary bike. I’m about 150 lbs over weight and haven’t exercised for years do to a knee injury. I think I can do this workout but can I adjust the intensity so I can get through the entire 4 mins and still get the same benefits.
It was my first viewing of a hangout session with coach Brian. It was just great, easy to follow, great techniques to accommodate my (low) fitness level. useful tips and interesting facts about the lymphatic system. Thank you very much Coach Brian, you have helped me reconnect with how much fun being strong and active really is.
I am new to the fitness aspect of the GM. I have started my journey by simply by working on the food and visualization aspect. I was just wondering how does this workout activate your GTGE response? I wasn’t able to watch the entire video. I just wanted to know does the GTGE work even with low impact? Like in this video?
