What You’ll Learn:
The power of words.
If you hope for something it may never happen. Maybe by chance and then you can say ‘I had hoped it would happen!’
But when you hope, you place the action outside yourself, as if someone or something is going to arrange it for you.
Choose instead for ‘I choose to …’
There is already a forward force here, an action.
‘I hope this works and that I’m going to lose weight’
or
‘I choose to work on my health and I am going to start today ….’
‘I hope it will ever get better’
or
‘I choose to discover now what else is possible.’
Do you feel the difference?
This ask Desiree will be a gentile reminder of the power of words and thoughts and how to really be in control!
