Hi Louise, Yes , coconut water is available in Australia. Ask your supermarket to get it in. Try health food store and asian food store. Also they have recipes on youtube. Cheers
I moved from Melbourne to Byron Bay 6 months ago. There are some awesome food stores in Melb, you should be able to get anything you could possibly need.
Hi Lori, I’m with you on the Xylitol. Plus, it’s very expensive. I can’t always access Jon’s wisdom, so I’ve also been working with a local nutritionist who was reccommended to me. She’s picked up on a lot of stuff no-one else had. She only reccommends Agave juice.
I love this way of making the Jonney Chow, and thanks for the written ingrediants as I was wondering too what the protein powder was.
I’m wondering what is the view on raw agave for a bit of a sweetener instead of xylitol? I feel xylitol is a highly processed sweetener as well as stevia can be, although i do use pure stevia sometimes. I would be interested on your thoughts about raw agave? thanks.
A GREAT BREAKFAST MIX

I think Jon looks at the glycemic index when recommending sweeteners. The lower the better. I don’t know where Agave falls.
I would love a written copy of the recipe as some of the ingredient names I couldn’t catch from the video.
