Greens Spread with Matcha
Download RecipeIngredients:
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch mint
- 3 cup spinach, loosely packed
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Rinse the first three ingredients and put in a food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until paste forms.
- Put into an air-tight jar and refrigerate for up to one week.
