Hello Brian! Can you help me out with something I’ve been wondering about? Because I have a tendency to sit too long, I’ve been thinking about purchasing a pedometer to motivate me to get up and move more. But I’m not sure how that would go along with the high intensity exercise I do as per GM. Would these two activities compliment each other or conflict each other? I’m not sure if it would constitute ‘overtraining’. Thanks!

I like the idea of a gadget which encourages you to move more, especially if you’ve noticed you have the tendency to sit too often.
You could use this time to include some GEt Thin Get Eaten style movement too.
Really fast spurts of walking would do it.
So in all in all I’m a fan …well done, good question
