What is Dessicated coconut? Is it like Shredded coconut.
Also where would I get Coconut Cream and Coconut Nectar – is any of this the same as Coconut Manna.
I would love to try this recipe but don’t know where to get most of the ingredients.

      Hi Mona,

We are terribly sorry for the delayed response.
Desiccated coconut basically means that the coconut meat has been dried and that it now contains much less moisture than the initial fruit.
Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water. The difference is mainly consistency. It has a thicker, more paste-like consistency
Coconut nectar is a sucrose based sweetener and is thus a handy alternative for people with fructose sensitivities.
Usually you can get these on a supermarket.
      Happy cooking!
