Glad to hear that I can get omega 3 from sources other that fish oil tablets. Will increase chia seeds, hemp oil, etc.

Hello Jon,
What is your opinion on this form of Omega 3 supplement.
Quick, great tasting way to add Omega 3. Eye doctor recommended.

Thank you for your time!
Hi Tami,
Jon does not have experience with this product so it is hard to say. Since it is hard to know the quality of other products, Jon has decided to offer an Omega-3 supplement that he can trust. You can find them here: http://www.TheGabrielMethod.com/Store

Thank you….. fabulous information….My Dad has type 2 Diabetes and I mentioned to him to start taking Omega 3’s How much should a person be taking in a day? and which is better Plant base or animal base we raise our own grassfed beef….so I know we get some in from the beef we consume….

Bonita
Hi Bonita,
It is hard to say how much a specific person needs depending on his height, weight, lifestyle and many other factors. We recommend taking the suggested amount on the supplement you have. The issue with the Omega-3 in beef is that a lot of this fat is corrupted due to cooking. Plant Based or Fish oil are both good options. It would be rare to get too much of Omega-3 so that should not be a concern.

Please list down the food item in details, where we can find Omega3.
Whether Omega3 capsules are of same benefits having live fish fat ?
Vegetables are sprayed with pesticides, here in Bangladesh, so it is not safe to take green salad with leafy vegetables.
Waiting for your response.

Hi Mahboob,
Some foods that contain Omega 3s are chia seeds and oil (unheated), flax seeds and oil (unheated), olive oil (unheated), walnuts, and salmon. We offer an Omega 3 supplement to make sure you get enough daily as most people don´t eat enough through fish and due to heavy metals in fish.
Here is an article of which foods may be ok to consume due to pesticide levels. While it is for the US, it may be similar to your country: http://foodmatters.tv/articles-1/2012-shoppers-guide-to-pesticides-the-dirty-dozen-clean-15

Hi Jon! I just read your book, it was fantastic, except my story is very different than the majority of people and i decided to come here for help. I am currently 20.
When I was 14 i reached the heaviest I had been, 187lbs. I had a epiphany one night and cut out junk food cold turkey for good. This including all fast food, soda, and junk food. Through sheer will power i broke through and my cravings went away in time. I lost weight and finally became thin.. however after becoming thin, I wanted to address the bad case of dyslexia i had been dealing with my life, with diet. I seeked alternative health professionals and they had me cut out all sugar including fruit and all grains.. within several months i dropped to 125 pounds and looked anorexic, and my neurological challenge only got worse, because they did not address the issue, which was heavy metal toxicity…. So I got off their diet and started gaining weight back.. I was still sticking to my lifechange “no processed foods”.. Now i understand that by being restricted to eating very little, some fat programs got turned on. I finally found a great health professional who addressed the heavy metal toxicity issue. Since then I have gotten rid of most of the toxicity, but my body has still been gaining weight, even though I am eating healthy.. I have no appetite, which confuses the situation. Any help would be appreciated
Hi Van,
It sounds like you are still trying to find the correct diet for your needs which may be the reason your weight is still fluctuating. We recommend you start listening to our visualizations which may help calm your subconscious to know that it is safe to release the weight again.
