Ingredients:
- A tof of spinach (1-2 cups)
- ½ Pear
- 1 Cup coconut water
- 1 TSP flax oil
- 1 cup water
Directions:
Measure out your spinach, coconut water, flax oil, and water. Cut up your pear. Pour your ingredients into a blender and blend. When your shake is thick and blended, pour into a glass and enjoy!
Hello, I have been drinking my green drink every morning and at lunch time as well for about a month now. (Same drink every day). I am getting a little tired of the same taste. I loved it at first but now, I don’t look forward to making it in the morning. I tried to stay away from fruits and sugar. Any suggestions?
