3 Layer Banana Fudge Lucumalate Chocolates

Ingredients:
For the lucumalate layer:
- 1/2 cup lucuma powder
- 1/2 cup melted cacao butter
- 1/4 cup liquid sweetener
- A pinch of salt
For the chocolate layer:
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup melted cacao butter
- 1/4 cup liquid sweetener
- A pinch of salt
For the banana fudge layer:
- 6 tablespoons coconut oil
- 5 tablespoons chopped banana
- 1/4 cup liquid sweetener
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons mesquite powder
- 1 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Method:
- Mix all lucumalate layer ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into cup mold 1/3 of the way up
- Set in freezer for 20-30 minutes.

- Score lucumalate layer with fork and pour chocolate layer on top of lucumalate layer 2/3 of the way up.
- Set in freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- Blend all banana fudge layer ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Score chocolate layer with fork and pour banana fudge layer on top of chocolate layer to top of mold.
- Set in Freezer for 30 minutes.
