I have not tried the Green Power Smoothie. How do you make that?

Here is a basic recipe for this green smoothie. Adapt for your own tastes:
1 cup coconut water
1 medium pear, peeled and cored
1 cup baby spinach
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1 scoop protein powder
