Which would you recommend, my grocery store carries organic coconut milk or non-organic almond milk with several extra ingredients that i don’t recognize. I’m choosing the coconut milk because its organic, would you agree?

Organic is always better. You can also easily make fresh almond milk at home with is fun and rewarding!

A lot of these recipes rely on eggs and/or almonds, two foods I’m allergic to. What would you recommend for substitutes for these foods so that I’m getting my healthy proteins in each meal?
You can just use other animal proteins and other nuts and seeds.
