While you can loose minerals through urine, you should be regaining them through your food. There is no need to add anything to your water as long as your are eating a nutrient rich diet which is what The Gabriel Method recommends.

It would be better to have water as well as Herbal tea, but having mostly Herbal tea is okay as long as there is no caffeine in it.
Have you tried water with a squeeze of lemon or lime in it? You could have this hot as well.

I actually make a coconut grenola-I wasn’t sure it was healthy, so I’m glad you answered the question.
As for the water — Im doing pretty good in that, but I like your tip. Drink a glass if water every hour. I’ll try that today.
