    Wow! This looks so good. Thank you these recipes help so much. You mentioned the body doesn’t handle man made foods but there is a rice blend I’ve enjoyed that are the whole grain, is that unhealthy? Thanks Emly

    Any suggestions for transitioning to being gluten free? There seem to be so many benefits to support this approach but it is so ubiquitous that even items you would least suspect seem to contain it (i.e. sauces and dressings).
