I am always looking for ways to improve my sleep, usually everything I do helps and then I will have a bad night like last night and I barely slept the whole night. I’d get up and do some yoga, feel more relaxed but still not falling asleep. Heather the nutritionist thinks sleep deprivation is my #1 FAT trigger. It would be great Jon, if you could do some more talks, interviews or seminars focusing on sleep issues and the FAT programs. Not all sleep issues is apnea, which I don’t have.
Thank you for your suggestion. We’ll pass it on to Jon. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to give Jon a call yourself if you’d like to ask him about it some more.
