Kim, really good question. I still think it has many detoxing benefits, because the alkalinity of the juice cleans your blood of anti-oxidants and the nutrients in juices are very easy to assimilate. But definitely organic or spray free is the way to go.
Is green juicing still detoxifying if the ingredients aren’t organic? Wouldn’t it be counterproductive to use greens full of pesticides, herbicides etc. This is what makes me hesitant as greens are usually the worst for sprays 🙁
