I noticed from many of your videos that you don’t eat any type of starch, you say “at this point your body doesn’t crave it”. What did you do in the beginning, and how do you implement starches in your day? (unless you don’t)

QUESTION: What’s your worst airport food experience? Best?

Sushi has to be my favourite/best, only because it’s not deep-fried, it’s all made by hand, and it is probably the healthiest option there (aside from the juice bars LOL).

Worst experience was probably a greasy burger from one of the burger chains. Oh but I did order a freshly cooked noodle soup from a Japanese place and it was appallingly hot so I didn’t have time to let it cool down before I was due to board my flight.
