Thank you for these good quick exercises. I am using some of the moves to improve my upper body exercises that I do when I’m jumping on my trampoline. I essentially do some of them but I notice that yours are very effective.

I always feel pressed for time, so I really appreciate these tips that help me incorporate some activity into a busy schedule. Thank you, Brian!

You’ve inspired me to find small bits of time to exercise in a most unlikely location – at work (desk job), I’ll go into the washroom and if I’m the only one in there, I’ll run on the spot as fast as I can for 20 second intervals or do some jumping jacks just to get my blood pumping. Sometimes I do the uppercuts or the punching out in front. Whatever floats my boat that moment. Then I arrive back at my desk, alert and ready to tackle anything!

    Love your training videos!

Thank you for the feedback Jutebug. You have inspired me to do a post ….only 10 minutes in the office….thanks. Look out for it and I’ll mention you as the inspiration for it. 🙂
Wishing you the best of health and happiness.
      Brian

    Brian,
Loved that your student was your mum!

Thank you Brian and your mum that was really good. You are helping me see that it’s little bits that count too as much as bigger workouts. I get bad neck pain and headaches from an injury and it limits what I can do at times so it is great you have things for everyone.

    • Coach Brian says:

Exactly Belinda. Cumulative is so much better than ‘all or nothing’ approach. Little by little you become more active, more mobile, stronger.
      Thanks for your feedback.

        Hi Brian,
I found these water weights T Kmart yesterday for $20 which are weightless and foamy outside the water and work with the wAter as resistance. I am going to test them today. I want to build up my upper body strength without aggravating my neck injury so I am hoping these will work for me. I was inspired by you and your mum so thanks Brian and your mum. belle

        • Coach Brian says:

Excellent Belinda, I have them too and they work a treat. Anything above your head will hurt your neck potentially so keep that in mind.
          All the best to you,
          Brian

Thanks Brian. I usually don’t go over shoulder height so thanks for that tip. I saw my chiro today so once the pain settles I’m going to try my new water weights out. Take care
