What do you think of toasted nori? I get that in small sheets and I just love it! Is that a healthy snack?

Is the ground cauliflower raw or steamed?

They look amazing, but I just can’t do seaweed! Maybe over time my tastebuds will be able to handle the taste… Nonetheless your post has really reminded me why I should stay clear of grains! Thank you x

      Hi Pixie,
Glad you enjoyed this post. Maybe one day you will be able to enjoy seaweed – but perhaps try something similar with cabbage leaves?

Thank you for these exercise tips. I have had 2 Cervical Fusions and find it very difficult doing a long exercise program and then not being able to move the next day. Forever Grateful! Judi

Whats great about Jon is that I feel like he is just a normal guy telling me stuff he knows and likes… it is so refreshing to feel like he isn’t trying to be a superstar… although everything is professional and entertaining, you can tell its just his personality and not trying to be a personality… if that makes sense. Thank you Jon for making me believe in the health world again!!!

YUM! I’m 100% positive that the sheets are Nori though– (not Hijiki). So for the viewers, look for Nori sheets. Hijiki looks more like a black grass or strings and makes a lovely salad (delicious also). Cheers and Yums! Dr Rona 🙂 http://www.DrRonaThau.com
