  • We used to offer a more intensive, 3-month Program with weekly sessions, however, we no longer offer this as an option; experience has shown us that the 6-Month program is much more beneficial for our members, as the longer time between sessions allows for information to be absorbed and action points to be implemented better.
  • UCE clients have email support throughout their program with a 24 hour turn around time to ask nutritional and emotional support questions. They also have the opportunity to talk to Jon during his office hours if they feel they need increased support.
