I have never heard of the tapping method before. It sounds really interesting and I would like to learn more about it and to try it when I am in a hurry or don’t necessarily have the time or atmosphere needed to concentrate on my visualizations. Thanks for adding this!

Energy psychology founder Fred Gallo suggests tapping the point under the nose for cravings. I use this point and say “I accept myself even though I have this overwhelming need for …..” also cross both wrists on the inside and say, “I accept myself with all my problems and limitations.” aim to say this at least 10x per day – as PREVENTATIVE measure. when you wake up, when you go to sleep, every time you visit the bathroom, in the shower….endless possibilities. BUT DO IT>
when the craving is upon you ask yourself where it is RIGHT NOW in your body and tap for that. you should see very good results with this. when you do, DON’T SLACKEN OFF. keep tapping because it’s impacting the neurology all the time. best of luck

    possible

  4. Marilyn says:

EFT is a technique that can be useful in many different situations. Primarily, it puts control in your own hands and that empowers you to examine the causes that may be linked to the problems at hand.

It works very well for managing addictions and I consider food issues are an example of this. Check it out. Try it and keep doing it until you see some progress.

thank you but were can I find the tecnique? Is it possoble to having in french?

      • Jennifer Bluhm says:

Suzanne – you’ll find MANY eft videos on you tube. search EFT, Tapping, Carol Look, Brad Yates, Pat Carrington, Gary Craig (the founder). I’m sure you’ll find some in French – its everywhere

EFT = Emotional Freedom Technique. Use it for everything, AND be persistent. It is NOT a quick fix, tho many people have had very quick results.

A good intro video that shows the possibilities is Try It on Everything by Nick Ortner

        Hi Suzanne,

EFT is a powerful, drug-free, easy-to-learn and easy-to-use technique that can reduce stress or painful emotions associated with thoughts, past experiences, etc.

I learned that it doesn’t happen over night , but to stick with it.

  6. Gloria Days says:

I learned EFT over 10 years ago but did it haphazardly during my marriage breakup and gradually did not do it at all. I think I may have some programming down deep that causes me to give up things that really work!
