The World’s Healthiest Pizza Recipe

  • Makes 4 pizzas
  • Cooking time: 25 minutes
  • Size: 10 inches or 25 cm

Ingredients

  • Use a tin that is non stick, has small holes in it and the base comes out (see video), pizza tin or pizza stone.
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 brown onion
  • 12 egg yolks (more complete protein, healthy fat, easier to digest)
  • teaspoon of Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup of organic Psylium Husks
  • 2 tablespoons of gee
  • 2 tablespoons of organic pasta sauce
  • handful lettuce, rocket or spinach
  • tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • onions
  • capsicum
  • avocado
  • Raw goats cheese and raw mozerella
  • Brewers yeast (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to a high heat, 280 degrees C/ 410 degrees F
  • In a food processer, blend the cauliflower and onion until it is a fine powder.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl and combine egg yolks, salt and psylium husks with cauliflower and onion.
  • Add two tablespoons of clarified butter or gee, which helps combine the ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread evenly out onto the pan and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown and then take it out and flip it over, cooking again for another 5 minutes
  • Take it out of the oven, spread organic pasta sauce on the base before adding your healthy vegetable toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, capsicum, avocado, raw goats cheese and mozerella and brewers yeast.
  • You can add other veggies into the crust for kids ie: mushrooms or broccoli
  • Kids and adults will love this simply, healthy and delicious pizza – enjoy
