This was really interesting!! I live in Caroline Springs Victoria it is really hard to find a butcher who sells grass feed organic produce. I will continue to search!!

Check out Regal Salmon. Produced in NZ in the Marlborough sounds. Although farmed, the method of production is quite different from the way for example,Tasmanian salmon is produced. I would avoid Tasmanian salmon. Rainbow trout is a better, cheaper substitute.
The best place to buy Salmon in Perth is Big Fish Canning Hwy Bicton. The best wholesaler in Perth is at the Canningvale Markets open to the public from 6 a.m to 7.30 a.m only on a Saturday morning. They sell a variety of wild caught local WA fish some farmed or imported frozen

In Perth I buy organically grown, grass fed beef from my local Saturday morning Farmers Market in Karawarra. The farmer is Redtail Ridge. To give you an example of how these prices compare to supermarkets, I purchased their Premium Lean Mince for $14.00kg. No additives (unlike supermarkets).

Thanks for this video! There are a lot of small, privately owned butcher shops here, I’m hoping they carry clean meats, chicken and fish. We shall see……Phillis
