Good, I will finally throw my sweetners away and concentrate on Stevia. What do you feel about using Honey as a sweetner?

Hello- I am bipolar and take “Lithium” and that is all. Will I be able to lose weight and still take this medication?

    Jon,

I signed up for your 5 week class. I just wanted to know a bit more about it. From what I have surmised from reading your book, listening to tapes and other e messages that have been sent that I have a lot of stress triggers and emotional things. Will you help us with that I hope. I believe in the Gabriel Method and want to succeed.

    • Jon Gabriel says:

      Hi Sharon,

Yes each week we focus on a different trigger and we give you action steps to take to help address that trigger. We will be covering stress and emotional issues extensively.

      • Sharon Vietti says:

Jon, thank you for your response. I am very excited to begin the class. I am already listening to the visualizations. I feel I will come out on the other side with a lot more understanding and tools. I am 70 years old, and so tired of fighting this food thing. I just have hope now that I will not have to do that, and can give my energy to other things I want to do.

I just started this program. I am on blood thinners, I would love to take your supplements but I know it will effect my medicine. Is their anyway you can help me?

    • Jon Gabriel says:

      Hi Amy,

Just check with your doctor. Most supplements we have should be fine. They may not want you to have too many fish oil capsules.

      • Amy Rider says:

        Hey Jon,
I was so excited that you replied to me! I am so sick of being stuck. I wish I could afford your one- on one coaching, but the transformation. Videos are awesome!! ( and the support group). I went To IIN and loved it! I learned so much, but I still need to improve myself. I am trying to heal my knee- without surgery. My goal is to be confident in myself to help others! I love the Gabriel Method! It’s amazing, and thank you so much for everything you do!! I hope to be able to purchase more of your things that you offer! As Joshua says its all about bioindividuality! ( and I finally found mine after years of searching). Thanks again, and I hope to get to hear your live call soon!

Hi Jon, What are your thoughts on a non-fat greek yogurt?

  6. Laree Kline says:

Great video! Thanks! I’m new here and don’t know what all you’ve addressed. Probably somewhere, you’ve spoken about the other detrimental effects of colas. Any soda with phosphoric acid is going to raise the blood levels of phosphorus too much in relation to calcium. To correct it, calcium is taken from the bones for balancing the two. This is just another piece to the large puzzle of why we’re seeing so much osteoporosis in younger and younger people.

    • Jon Gabriel says:

      Hi Laree,

Absolutely. Soda of any kind is a big problem. Instead of soda, try soda water with a little lemon and stevia or coconut palm sugar or soda water with fresh squeezed apple juice. A much healthier alternative.

  7. Renilde Vervoort says:

Sounds right, I already saw that people who drink a lot of diet soda seem heavier than the ones who don’t. It would help if we get a list of the products you recommend, such as Stevia, but I am not familiar with the others.

  8. Jacqueline Battist says:

Hi, my name is Jacqueline Battist from Alberta, Canada

There is so much out there with regards to BELLY FAT….plus all the supplements that are on the market (ex: green coffee bean) to help break down the “belly fat”. Also, that it is harder to lose the “belly fat” after the age of forty. I’m 43 and going through menopause (do to an operation) and I feel that it maybe impossible for me to lose this “Belly Fat” that I do have.
What would you suggest would be the healthier way to get this “Belly Fat” to go away and get the skin back to shape?
    Thank you for your time.

    • Jon Gabriel says:

Belly fat comes on as a result of stress – both physical and mental/ emotional stress. So healing digestion, nourishing your body, listening to visualizations and meditation and short, intense exercises all help to reduce the stress hormones that cause belly fat.

I love the ‘Jon talks’ ! Your research and experience is a veritable FOUNTAIN of information! Reminders of how toxic MSG is, is also so helpful! Thank you for laying out all the real and true facts for making the best informed choices.

Here’s to making the right choices that empower the best life possible…which is the true ‘sweet’ life, not the ‘fake sweet’ that tricks and harms us!

I’ve struggled all my sixty-odd years with weight, complete with many huge weight losses and gains, and I am SO vitally interested in sustaining a truly healthy lifestyle, body weight, and shape. GM has recently come into my life, and I am opening up to all you offer us Jon, through your experience and extensive research.

Thank you for your dedication that tells the truth of what it is we need to know and do, on all levels, to effect really healthy, permanent change.

    With gratitude and love,

Scary , has me wondering what else is freely used in food . Ive got a sodastream maker add things like raw ginger root and mint to sparkling filtered water, very refreshing. And john thanks for the email on the calorie myth book by jonathan bailor. Took few seconds to download off amazon website with kindle, reasonable price and easy explanations, highly recommend to others.

  13. Barb says:

Wow! That was an eye opener! I’ve been trying to get off of diet pop for years and years. I knew that both the caffeine and aspartame were addictive, but I didn’t know that aspartame interfered with Leptin. It seems the more I learn about Leptin, the more it seems to be the key to controlling my weight and curing my type 2 diabetes. After listening to this I will definitely stay away from diet soda. Thanks!

  14. Sharon H says:

YUCK!!! I have lived on that, up to starting here…ugh……Heath focused friends, recommended stopping but I couldn’t, I was addicted to my diet soda. Jon, thank you for giving us the stepping stone to stopping the craziness…and the education to understand why.

  15. Jutebug says:

I ate so much of it when I did the Atkins diet, wouldn’t touch it now! I’m finding my sweet tolerance levels have changed, even toothpaste tastes too sweet these days.

  16. Patricia Snyder says:

    E coli poop!! Love that.
