I’m using flax seed oil, and have been adding some into my oatmeal in the serving bowl, after cooking. It that still to much heat for the omega 3s?
I am also grinding raw walnuts and adding with cinnamon and raisins…very tasty!

      Hi Rainey,
If your oatmeal is still quite hot when adding the Flaxseed oil then yes it will be too much heat. Perhaps try adding your Flaxseed oil to smoothies or salads instead?
