A very helpful class I have been taking phosphatydalserine for a few years to help balance cortisol and reduce extreme anxiety and feel that it helps a little but not as much as I had hoped it would – from this show I have learnt that my dosage of 100 – 200 gms a day is a bit low to be effective. I will give a higher dose a go and see how I go.. Thanks

That was so helpful, especially for this almost 50 year old! Looking forward to putting some things into my routine. Joy

FANTASTIC !! I love science; I love puzzles. This was so interesting and helpful. It just fills in one more piece of the puzzle. Trying to sift through all the information out there can be daunting, and this information is right on target. Thank you so much. ;))

Rhodiola is a great supplement, however, in some it can cause symptoms of crankiness, quick temper or aggression.

Great interview. I couldn’t quite understand what the other supplement aside Rhodiola was called .I really will encorporate this knowledge into my life.
    Thank you

This interview was brilliant. If someone could post the spelling of the very long sounding supplements that would be very helpful. I definitely plan to follow up with her work.
