What we’ll do?

I ate an ice cream and now I have to start over again’, ‘I’ve been bad, I didn’t listen to the visualisations’, ‘I didn’t keep up with the lessons, I’m such a mess’. Stop it! The self judgement is not fun, not supportive and won’t help you. In this ask Desiree show we’ll talk about healing signals and the fun and joy of working with yourself as opposed to working against yourself. Let this weightloss journey be all about support, love, light and inner peace and let’s stop fighting with ourselves. Stop the self blame and onward and upwards to a life of peace and joy!
