    Dear Desiree, I have used the muscle testing many years ago when I went to a Chiropractic Kinesiologist. I do not know when or why i stopped. Am so happy to be reminded of this technique and start using it again. Thank you. Kathy

      Even though I feel stuck in all manner of ways and I don’t know how to change this, right now I choose to fully accept myself and the way I feel.

      Even though I know that I’m needlessly holding on to things, emotions, memories and the past, I now choose to forgive myself for all of that and I deeply and completely love, honour and respect myself.

      Even though I feel that I’m stuck because I’m not able to let go of the past and I judge myself for that, causing me to feel even more stuck and there is no way for me to change any of that because I simply do not know how to let go, I now choose to forgive myself for all of that and I deeply and completely love, honour and respect myself.

      Stop tapping, take a deep breath in and exhale

      First round; acknowledging the emotions.

      EB: I am stuck
      SE: I am stuck in all manner of ways and I’m fed up
      UE: I am fed up with not knowing (or only partially knowing) what is blocking me
      UN: But how can I let go of what is blocking me when I don’t know what that is?
      CH: I can feel something is there but it is so intangible
      CB: I don’t want to be stuck anymore, I want to be free!
      UA: I want to resolve what is blocking me so I can be free
      TH: I long to be free of the things that limit me and are blocking me now

      EB: Am I doing the right thing? Am I on the right track?
      SE: Why is there so much doubt? Why do I always question myself?
      UE: Why do I manage to feel good (great) sometimes only to crash back into the same pitfalls of doubt, judgement and insecurities over and over again?
      UN: Why am I seemingly unable to let go of that and be free?
      CH: Why do I allow so many negative thoughts to take over?
      CB: I feel that my thoughts limit me in many ways but still I am seemingly not able to control them.
      UA: That really frustrates me and makes me feel angry because I continue to fall back into old habits.
      TH: But how can I change if I am not able to let go?

      Stop tapping, take a deep breath in and exhale

      Second round; releasing limitations and opening up to action

      EB: I am open and willing to change my life.
      SE: And I understand that I wasn’t able to release the things that block me before because I was not aware that some of my subconscious limiting beliefs do not match my conscious decision to change and be free.
      UE: But now I do and I now have this tool (EFT) to help me identify my limiting beliefs.
      UN: So I now make the conscious decision to sit down, use the tools that I have to discover what it is that is blocking me.
      CH: I choose to see the things that I felt were limiting me before in a different light.
      CB: I now choose to be thankful for the things that are showing themselves because they are there to be healed, released and help me move forward into freedom of Self.
      UA: I am thankful for all the signals that I know to recognize and for my ability to continuously do what is best for me.
      TH: I choose to take care of myself now, to the best of my ability, using the many tools I have.
