    Hey Brian,
I thoroughly enjoyed this “Ask Brian” 1st one of 2015 & 1st one I watched from beginning to end. I participated in the exercise & dance, thank you so much.
I enjoyed our skype session Wednesday & this was a great follow-up. I feel more hopeful. Oh btw, I loved unzip peering the fat suit. I like my smokin happy leaner body, 🙂

Hi Brian please can you advise me how to use tabata training on a stationary bike? I love your work – thanks 🙂

      Hi Fay,
I see you doing a 5-10 minute Warm Up on the bike, just turning your legs over really. Then following this protocol of 20s Effort with 10 s Rest done 8 times. The 10 s Rest can be longer if needed but the Effort needs to be close to maximum. Finish with a Cool Down on 5 minutes or so…..and you’re done.
      Good job Fay!

That’s brilliant thanks Brian. I do Pilates 3 times a week for my core, and have just started Body Pump twice a week for body sculpting. Would it be OK to do the tabata on the cycle three times a week before my Pilates? I loathe cardio but this looks manageable without overtraining. Thanks so much.
