    Hi Jon
    Any thoughts on distilled water?

    Jon
We have a filter fitted to a special, totally separate tap to the tap that brings water to the sink.
This filter is changed every 6 months or so. All I know is I can actually drink water. I hate drinking normal water out of the tap, te after taste is terrible, at last after moving into this house I have water I can drink.
Can I just accept this water or do you feel i should have it tasted?

I ‘m using LeveLukSD501 brand Ionized Electrolysis Water Generator, this mash generator have six type’s of water ph 2.9-9.5.I’m drinking 9.5ph .

Reversed osmosis water is dead water, no minerals and can cause your body to take minerals from the bones. To make it alkaline you have to add back minerals, which can be done naturaly through what is called pre-filters and then the water can be run through an ionizing machine to make it alkaline. The best ionizing machine on the market will filter out sediments, chlorine and flouride and change your tap water into a high alkaline, strong antioixidant, microclustered water for deep hydration. It is well worth the cost.

alkaline water that comes from an ionizer is produced by an electrolysis process. It is unstable and will start to lose it’s alkaline and antioxidant properties within 48 hours. Water sold as alkaline water can only remain alkaline with something added to it, such as what Jon is talking about. Ionized, filtered water from a water generating machine is pure, nothing added and is totally healthy and beneficial.

    Hi Jon,
Very timely with this video. I have been researching water filters in the last few weeks. I thought the worst thing in our water was Fluoride ? This sent me down the path of reverse osmosis water filters, as the are the ONLY way of filtering out Fluoride. Because they clean the water so well and also take out some of the goodness they need an alkaliser put in the system. I was a day away from ordering this (mainly because of your program and all i am learning) Now I am way confused ! I started with the bottle spring water as you suggest but then I know someone who had 5 spring water brands tested and all of them show they were acidic and full of fluoride ! I then found a water station that lets you refill water bottles with reverse osmosis alkaline water which i think tastes like the best water ever, this made me consider purchasing one for home. Please tell me which is worse Fluoride or the chemical that alkaliser produce ? I really want to sort out my water supply !

The fluoride is worse there’s no question. You can also make your water more alkaline with lemon or apple cider vinegar. Even though they are acids they actually have an alkaline affect on the water. They turn normal ph water from 7 to 7.5.

Hi Jon! Here you are talking about bottled alkaline water. I have a (very expensive) water alkalising machine. There is nothing added, it is done via electrical current. The machine also filters the water. What do you think of this kind of alkaline water – beneficial?
